Usha Haley, a professor of management at Wichita State University, remarked that for the Chinese, entering into a deal typically signifies the start of deeper negotiations rather than their conclusion. Haley cautioned that any potential agreement would likely undergo rigorous examination by Congress, establishing a precedent for how future foreign apps might operate in the US.
